What services do you offer?
We provide document translations between English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Upload your PDF, select your language direction, and place your order.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is $25 per page.
How do I place an order?
- Upload your PDF on the homepage
- Enter the total number of pages to be translated (manual entry)
- Select the language direction (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
- Complete payment at checkout
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number

What is your turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 24 hours from the time we receive your order and payment (and after page count is confirmed).
Do you provide USCIS certified translations?
Yes — we will provide a certification statement with your translation (commonly used for official/immigration-related filings – USCIS/NVC/etc).
How will I receive my translation?
We deliver your completed translation by email. (If you prefer a different delivery method, contact us before ordering.)
Can I cancel or get a refund?
If work has not started, we can review cancellation requests. Once translation work begins, refunds are not typically available due to time/labor already spent. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Do you keep my documents confidential?
Yes. We treat all documents as completely confidential and only use them to complete your translation request.
What if I made a mistake in my order (wrong page count or wrong language)?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If work hasn’t started yet, we may be able to adjust the order. If the page count is incorrect, we will reach out with next steps.
